Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via internet download, we enforce a strict refund policy based on product access and usage.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY & NO-REFUND RULE
Due to the irrevertible nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable books and digital products are final once the product has been accessed.
- Downloaded Content: If a book or digital asset has been downloaded, it is immediately deemed "used" and is strictly non-refundable.
- Download Tracking: We utilize an automated system that monitors and records the download count on your personal User Dashboard. If our system reflects a download count of one (1) or more for a specific item, that item is completely ineligible for a refund or exchange.
2. EXEMPTIONS & ELIGIBILITY FOR A REFUND
You may request a refund only under the following strict conditions:
- The digital book has not been downloaded (your User Dashboard download count for the product remains at zero).
- There is a proven technical defect with the file hosted on our platform that prevents you from downloading or opening it, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of being notified.
- You were accidentally charged multiple times for the exact same transaction.
3. METHOD OF REFUND PAYMENT
All transactions on our platform are processed exclusively via Bank Transfer.
In the rare event that a refund is approved by our compliance team:
- The refund will be issued solely via Bank Transfer back to the verified bank account from which the original payment originated.
- We cannot issue refunds via cash, credit cards, digital wallets, or to unverified third-party bank accounts.
- Processing Fees: Please note that any processing fees, bank charges, or administrative transfer fees incurred during the initial payment or the refund reversal may be deducted from your final refund amount.
4. REFUND TIMELINES
Once a refund request is submitted, we will review your User Dashboard metrics to audit the download history:
- Review Period: Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for our team to audit the system logs and verify your eligibility.
- Payout Period: If approved, the bank transfer will be initiated. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
If you meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2 and your dashboard shows zero downloads, you can open a request by contacting us:
